Story: This is the most premium wine we have purchased to date for ninety cellars and has the most impressive pedigree of ratings; buy at least two bottles one to cellar and one to drink now because it won't last long. The grapes are all organically farmed and then handpicked and sorted from 90 to 150 year old French vines. The wine has been aged 15 months in French oak barrels.
85% Malbec, 8% Tannat, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Syrah.

Taste: The wine has a dark crimson color, with a complex and strong nose of cherries, blackberries and white pepper. Brilliant and deep red, this wine appears sophisticated to the nose, with black fruits, clove, nutmeg and black pepper bouquets. It is meaty but yet velvety to the mouth. Wood flavors are very well balanced, providing vanilla and toasted bread hues.
