TASTING NOTES

Pale pink in color, a highly aromatic wine with a bright bouquet of fresh strawberries and white peaches tied together with hints of blossoms and subtle grassy notes. Lush and juicy bodied on the palate, notes of raspberries and crisp citrus fruit linger with a fresh mouth-watering minerality.

Provence is the rosé capital of the world, and Lot 132 is quintessential Provence Rosé! Made with Cinsault and Grenache grapes grown in Le Haut Var, this wine is steeped in tradition, coming from 4th generation vignerons.

In the warm Mediterranean climate of Provence, the mistral wind has a cooling effect on the vineyards that preserves acidity and freshness while also allowing the grape’s flavors to develop fully. Cinsault and Grenache grapes are gently picked, followed by direct pressing and fermentation. The resulting wine is highly aromatic, lush and juicy on the palate with a mouthwatering minerality.
