Not far from Venice, between the mountains and sea, the region of Prosecco thrives with cooling night temps and Alpine breezes. This wine is made from Glera grapes harvested in the southeastern Veneto. After a soft press, the must is cooled and then fermented in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs using the Charmat method, producing a bubbly with lasting effervescence.
