Every shipment comes with a booklet to go along with the wines.
Wine club shipments are sent quarterly, in March, June, September and December. You will receive an email approximately two weeks prior to each shipment to let you know that wines will be shipped soon. When we process your order, you will receive another email update confirming your shipment. You will then receive a final email with tracking information once your order has shipped from our third party fulfillment partner.
For new members, your first order will be processed immediately if it's within 3-4 weeks of the last seasonal shipment. Otherwise, your first shipment will ship with the next seasonal release.
At any time, you can log in to your account and select “Membership” to change your club type. Here, you can change your club type (Starter, White or Red Club) or bottle quantity (3, 6 or 12-bottle). Or, shoot us an email and we’re happy to make the change for you.
Unfortunately, at this time we don't allow for the customization of wine club shipments.
You can gift wine club for 1 or 2 years of quarterly wine club shipments of any type. By selecting “Give this membership as a gift” on the signup form, you will be able to enter the details of the gift recipient. You will still be billed quarterly, when each shipment processes; however, your gift membership will be automatically terminated once the 1 or 2 year period has come to a conclusion. The gift recipient will receive the wines, however, the gift giver will be the "wine club member."
If you select “Send recipient an email” during the signup process, the gift receiver will be sent an email to let them know that you have purchased a wine club gift for them.
When orders are processed (every quarter), the gift recipient will be notified to let them know that their gift is being prepared and someone 21+ will need to sign and accept the delivery. You, as the gift giver, will also be sent an email after each wine club is processed successfully.
Yes! If you’re traveling or simply need to skip a shipment, feel free to email us and we are happy to pause your membership for you.
You can cancel your membership at any time. First, log in to your account and select Memberships. Scroll to the bottom of your memberships page and select "Cancel membership." If you need help canceling your membership, feel free to email us.
Please note: if a wine club shipment has already been processed and shipped to you, you will only be able to cancel your membership for the next shipment.
