To celebrate this perfect pairing, we teamed up with our friends at Cabot Cheese (a fellow New England brand) to match our wines with their award-winning cheddar and specialty cheeses. Our top tip? Have fun with your pairings and don't take it too seriously! That said, the right pairing can elevate flavors to new heights, so it’s worth keeping a few things in mind when choosing what works best together. Now, let's dive into our favorite 90+ Cellars wines and Cabot Cheese pairings!  

90+ Cellars Prosecco paired with Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese

Cabot Pepper Jack Natural Cheese Paired with Lot 50 Prosecco 

Lot 50 Prosecco's crisp, ripe fruit and flavor intensity balances the heat and measures up to the peppery flavors of the Pepper Jack. Spicy cheeses also like sweet, so if you’re looking for another wine option, Lot 66 Riesling would also pair nicely.
