This luxurious Champagne Rosé comes from Champagne’s Aube Valley, an area just southwest of the heart of the region. Here the climate is slightly warmer, featuring clay and limestone soils. Vineyards are scattered on rolling hills of forests, farms and streams and the region is dominated by grower-producers looking to make unique wines with distinct character.

This Champagne is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

Juicy strawberry and raspberry notes are accompanied by hints of straw and honey. The wine finishes with a touch of orange blossom, white peach and red currants. Elegantly effervescent, this bubbly rosé pairs perfectly with an array of cured meats and cheeses or on its own as an aperitif.
